Workmanship Warranty

This workmanship warranty (the "Warranty") is made by Simple Home Solutions (the "Contractor") to the purchaser of construction services (the "Owner") for work done on all warranty approved projects. The Contractor warrants that all labor used in the construction of the project will be free from defects in workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion (the "Warranty Period").This Warranty is subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Defects Covered

This Warranty covers only the repair or replacement of any defect, malfunction, or failure caused solely by faulty workmanship or installation performed by the Contractor. This Warranty does not cover defects arising from causes beyond the control of the Contractor, such as acts of God, fire, flood, or other natural disasters.

2. Notice of Defects

The Owner shall provide prompt written notice to the Contractor of any defects, malfunctions, or failures discovered during the Warranty Period. The Contractor shall have a reasonable opportunity to inspect and remedy any valid claim of defective workmanship or installation. Warranty notices must be submitted via contractor website at homesolutionsindiana.com 

3. Limitations of Liability

The Contractor's sole obligation under this Warranty shall be to remedy any valid claim of defective workmanship or installation. The Contractor shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages arising from defects or failures covered by this Warranty.

4. Exclusions

This Warranty excludes any manufacturer's warranties on materials or equipment used in the construction of the project. This Warranty also excludes any damage resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse or neglect of the project. This warranty excludes any items that have completed any alterations other than Simple Home Solutions. 

5. Transferability

This Warranty is transferable to subsequent owners of the property only if the transfer is made with the prior written consent of the Contractor. In order to submit a request for transfer of warrant this must be done via contractor website at homesolutionsindiana.com
